We work alongside owners, architects and consultants from concept through to handover, bringing buildability advice in early so the costly decisions are made on paper rather than on site.
Townhouse Developments
Multi-dwelling townhouse projects, from a pair of units through to larger developments. These are a different discipline to a one-off home: repeatable detailing, staged handovers, and a program built so trades move from dwelling to dwelling without standing still.
General Renovations, Bathroom Upgrades and Additions
Bathroom and kitchen upgrades, an additional bedroom, extensions and general renovation work, usually carried out for owners who are still living in the house. Works are staged so the family keeps a functioning home, and the site is left clean at the end of every day.
Luxury Home Builds
High-end homes built to architectural documentation, where the finish is the product and the tolerances are unforgiving. Our first project was a luxury home of over 1,300 square metres in Templestowe, which went on to be a finalist in the Master Builders Awards, Best Home over $4 million.
Work at this level lives or dies on the detail. We lock in the difficult junctions early, run the long lead items well ahead of program, and hold the trades who can actually execute joinery, stone and glazing to that standard.
House Builds
New homes and knock-down rebuilds on suburban and sloping sites. The same team and the same site management as the high-end work, sized to the budget the project actually has.
Apartment Renovations
Renovations inside apartment buildings come with their own rulebook: owners corporation approvals, restricted work hours, lift bookings and loading dock access, protection of common property, and neighbours either side, above and below. On these jobs we plan the logistics before we plan the build.
